Reis, Thaís Ph.D. Student in biology

Université Laval

Thaís’ background is in forest engineering and forest sciences, having studied in different countries and having worked on different forest types. Currently, she is a PhD student in Biology, supervised by Jean-Pierre Tremblay, Alison Munson and Patricia Raymond. Her PhD project evaluate tree vulnerability in the context of assisted migration and focus especially on plant traits related to growth and fitness, leaf phenology response to climate and environmental changes, and the impact of browsing by large mammals on planted seedlings.
