Emilie is a biologist specialized in plant-herbivore relationships, especially cervids in forest ecosystems. She started in the DREAM-Qc project as a postdoctoral researcher and studied the relationship between planted seedlings chemical content and their potential resistance to browsing. On top of pursuing this research, she’s aiming to develop new methods to evaluate cervid browsing in the province of Québec. Her role in the DREAM-Qc project is to plan and coordinate the implantation of a second experimental design in the hardwood forest.
