Anne is specialized in plant-soil interactions with particular focus on soil carbon sequestration. She has previously studied roots and soil carbon dynamics in tropical mangrove forests, temperate agricultural land, and the arctic tundra. Anne joined DREAM-QC to develop and coordinate experiments assessing the consequences of assisted tree migration regarding soil carbon sequestration.
