Olivier Villemaire-Côté is a forester and assistant professor in silviculture and forest ecology at Université Laval. His work mainly focuses on tree regeneration issues. He is particularly interested in the impacts of herbivores, increased consideration of regeneration in adaptive silviculture for global changes, the resilience and diversity of forests, and the cumulative impacts of forest disturbances.
